It was with heavy hearts that we learned of the passing this week of 'Sally' O'Shaughnessy, aged 93.

Sally, born Audrey Janet Kimball, and her late and beloved husband Bryan (BJ) (OX '41) were parents to ten: Nonee, Kevin, Tim, Marian, Janet, Caryll, Helen, Julia, Michael (Ralph) and Sophie.

Tim (OX '71) and Ralph (OX '82) (both OXFC Life Members) and Kevin (OX '70) have been significant contributors to our club. Our deepest condolences to them, to the entire O'Shaughnessy clan and their many friends.

Sally's was a life that was long and well-lived. She was a much-loved grandmother, great-grandmother and mother-in-law too but her kindness also touched many others.

Please be advised that a Requiem Mass for the Repose of her soul will be held at St Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Constitution Hill Road, Sorrento this Tuesday 12 September at 1:00 pm.

The burial will be held at the Sorrento Cemetery, 78 Normanby Road Sorrento the following day, Wednesday 13 September at 12:00 pm.
